Fur is a 2006 film starring Nicole Kidman, as American photographer Diane Arbus.

Considered one of the major American photographers of the 20th century, Arbus was widely known for her strange, disturbing images. She ended her own life in 1971.

Steven Shainberg directs the film from a screenplay by Erin Cressida Wilson. The script is adapted from Patricia Bosworths book Diane Arbus: A Biography.

The film opens November 10th.
