CBS appears not to hold a grudge against Justin Timberlake for his Nipplegate connection.


The network announced that Timberlake will headline CBS "Victorias Secret Fashion Show," which will air Dec. 5.


CBS opted not to air the annual celebration of lingerie in 2004 after Timberlakes and Janet Jacksons ill-fated Super Bowl halftime performance - which exposed Jacksons breast.


"The Victorias Secret Fashion Show" had always generated Federal Communications Commission complaints due to its assortment of scantily clad models.
