The handsome star Hugh Jackman recent interview with the Daily News about his secrets on relaxing, importance of family, and why his agent is so lucky!

Q: After all the attention you have been receiving from the media these days, is there any questions you just dont want to answer again?

A: No, before I became an actor I was trained as a journalist. So, I know how hard it is to ask question after question in a limited amount of time.

Q: With four films coming out before the holidays and more after that, you seem define a workaholic?

A: My wife, actress Deborra-Lee Furness, thinks sometimes that I am but my definition of a workaholic is someone who brings the work home. I know how to switch it off, when I leave work.

Q: How hard was it to have an American accent when everyone in the cast spoke with British accents in "The Prestige"?

A: I do accents fairly well. I learned a Johnny Depp trick, which he didnt teach me, I heard it from one of the crew. He learns a sentence which involves every consonant and every vowel. It drives the sound guys crazy, but Ill often say it before a scene or beginning of the day or after lunch because I dont stay in it all day: "How many times did you ask Sam whether or not his daughters learning disorder was caused by a genetic abnormality?" I say it before a scene, than I forget about it, according to Philly.

Q: This is your second time acting opposite of Scarlett Johansson: "Scoop" and now "The Prestige". How was it?

A: Scarlett is something else...the first movie "Scoop" we filmed together my baby girl, Ava was born and Scarlett showered Ava with presents. She even did not forget a gift for my elder son Oscar. I was amazed at this barely 21-year-old girl to do such a sweet thing. She has an old soul.

Q: Hows fatherhood going? (Two adopted children: Oscar, 6, and Ava, 1.)

A: I have meaning in my life; being a parent is so amazing. There are so many moments that are so simple but precious to me: waking up with them, picking them up at school, and just watching them grow. I would love to have more kids, but my wife is content with our two.

Q: As one of the busiest actors in Hollywood. How do you chill out?

A: I meditate daily. Meditation is my time for my-self. It gives me the time to connect to my spiritual level, and rest from my physical level. This is the key for me.

Q: Do you ever relax in front of the TV?

A: I can go for weeks without turning on the TV. You get so much done without getting sucked into all the different shows. When I am at home, I spend time with my family or read books. Television is almost like a drug. I am not into that.

Q: How important are your movie reviews?

A: I almost never read my reviews because its too much for me. Im 38-years-old, I know myself and how well I am doing in each film. There are only some reviews I take a minute to observe. I sometimes enjoy other peoples opinions.

Q: What made you decide to voice animated characters in the upcoming films, "Flushed Away" and "Happy Feet"?

A: I was at drama school in 1994 and turned on SBS, a station in Australia, and saw the last seven minutes of "The Wrong Trousers." My brother and I were laughing so hard, we tracked down the video, and it became our standard present to anyone. I thought wed discovered them [animators Nick Park and Bob Baker]. So when I got a call [about it] I was totally in. Reported Philly.

Q: Is it true your brother-in-law is your stunt
double?

A: Yes, since "X-Men 2". After he met my sister at my wedding, he has been my double. He was formerly doubling for Pierce Brosnan, in his first Bond movie. I did not get him in as my double until the second X-Men because I did not have much say until then. I think my sister was a little pissed when her husband came home with a broken leg from "Van Helsing."
